Washington, D.C., a major metropolis with a population of approximately 690,000 to 700,000 residents, serves as the epicenter of both federal and municipal policy. Securing equity in a district of this scale requires more than performative advocacy; it requires undeniable structural data.
Following independent testimony delivered before the D.C. Council, our precise systemic metrics were cited directly by lawmakers. The result was a successful justification for the restoration of a $72 million educator equity fund. The Mayor's office subsequently issued an official letter of appreciation, commending our rigorous approach to halting systemic educator attrition across the district.

The Methodology
